A motion was made by Councilman McGee, seconded <br />by Councilman Wortham approving the request. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A Resolution was presented authorizing the Mayor to execute sub - contracts for <br />professional engineering and consulting services for the Infiltration /Inflow <br />Phase I Project No. C -48 -1248 was presented. After discussion, a motion was made <br />by Councilman Francis, seconded by Councilman Williams to table the matter until <br />the new Council was seated and to have further consultation with the City Attorney. <br />The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2156 authorizing the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City of <br />Paris a lease with the Red River Valley Girl Scouts Council of Texas for a Lake <br />Gibbons property was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Graham, seconded <br />by Councilman McGee for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />
