After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Francis, seconded by Councilman Williams to table the matter until the new Council was seated and to have further consultation with the City Attorney. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Resolution No. 2156 authorizing the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City of Paris a lease with the Red River Valley Girl Scouts Council of Texas for a Lake Gibbons property was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman McGee for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
