Mayor Malone called for proponents to appear, and Mr. W. D. McGuiness appeared in behalf of the petitioners stating that the request was for promotional purposes. Mr. Odis Hocker, son -in -law of Mr. Morgan Johnson appeared before the Council stating that he suported the position of Mr. Johnson and requested approval of the zoning change.
