C" J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1809 . <br />WHEREAS, the term of office of Carl Deweese on the Board of <br />Comm, issioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris has <br />become vacant due to his death; and, <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. 1. McClanahan and James <br />R. Moore on said Board will expire on June 30, 1977; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by the `- <br />Mayor, James M. Brunette, that Ruth Hancock. fill the unexpired term <br />of Carl Deweese and be appointed for a term of two (2) years, be- <br />ginning July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1979, and that F. I. <br />McClanahan and James R. Moore be re- appointed to said Board for <br />a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, <br />1979; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARTS, That. Ruth Hancock, be, and she is hereby appointed as a <br />member of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority <br />of the City of Paris for the remainder of the unexpired term of <br />Carl Deweese and fora term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, <br />1977 and ending June 30, 1979; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That F. I. McClanahan and <br />James R. Moore, be, and they are hereby re- appointed as members <br />of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the <br />City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1977 <br />and ending June 30, 1979. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of June, 1977. <br />ATTEST: <br />H. C. Greene, City Clerk <br />APP OVE TO FORM: <br />T. K. Haynes, City Attorney <br />Resolution No. 1810, concerning dilapidated housing and referring same to the <br />Building Hazard Inspection Committee for hearings, was presented. A motion was made <br />by Councilman Stone and seconded by Councilman Williams for the adoption of the reso- <br />lution. The motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
