RESOLUTION NO. 1811 . <br />WHEREAS, the Lamar County Water Supply District is con - <br />structing a line adjacent to the South Boundary Line of F. M. 1499 <br />which Nvill cross the City of Paris Lake Crook property near its <br />Northern Boundary Line; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris wishes to <br />cooperate with the Lamar County Water Supply District in its en- <br />deavors to serve the citizens of Lamar County with treated water; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M..Brunette, <br />be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf <br />of the City of Parris a water utility easement in favor of Lamar <br />County Water Supply District, granting to said District a 24 foot <br />easement adjacent to the South Boundary Line of F. M. 1499 across <br />the Northern most . extension of the Lake Crook property, all of <br />which is adjacent to said Farm to Market Road. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of June, 1977. <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
