10 J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1817 . <br />WHEREAS, the term of office of Jim A. Miles, as a member <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, has <br />expired, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, and the Mayor <br />of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette, having re- appointed Jim A. <br />Miles, to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City <br />of Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1.977 and <br />ending June 30, 1980, and has submitted the name of such person to <br />the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the re- appointment of Jim A. The motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 1818, appointing James Deatherage and Mrs. Robert Norment as members <br />of the Advisory Board of Health and Wallace E. Kraft as an ex- officio member for a <br />term ending December 31, 1978, was presented. 'A motion was made by Councilman Wil- <br />liams and seconded by Councilman Wunsch for the adoption of the resolution. The <br />motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
