RESOLUTION NO. 1822 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is desirous <br />of cooperating with the United States Governtnent in providing addi- <br />tional services to the flying public and users of its municipal <br />airport, Cox Field; and, <br />WHEREAS, the U. S. Government is desirous, of leasing <br />T- hangar office space for a term beginning October 1, 1.977 through <br />September 30, 1978, with the right to extend the same from year to <br />year but not beyond September 30, 1.987, upon the terms and condi- <br />tions and for the area therein described on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the City Manager of the City of Paris, Kerry R. Sweatt, <br />be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of <br />the City of Paris the lease. agreement with the U. S.
