20 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1823 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is desirous <br />of oncouraging aeronautical activities at its municipal airport, <br />Cox Field; anti, <br />WHEREAS, Tammy Corporation, of Red River County, Texas, <br />is desirous of leasing 1, 000 square feet at Cox Field, to be used in <br />conducting permitted aeronautical activates, said lease to be upon <br />the terms and conditions and for the property described in Exhibit A <br />attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT. RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the City Manager of the City of Paris, Kerry R. Sweatt, <br />be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of <br />the City of Paris the lease agreement with Tammy Corporation, upon <br />the terms and conditions and in the form of Exhibit A attached <br />hereto. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of September, 1977. <br />ATTEST: <br />H. E., concerning a drainage problem previously presented to the City Coun. <br />cif. Mr. Cornett stated that it was his opinion that they City is responsible for the <br />Sharber's damages and requested that the City give consideration to repair of the <br />drainage and damages caused by the drainage. Mayor Brunette deferred action on the <br />
