re-deliver same to Lessor at the expiration or termination of this <br />lease in as good condition as when received, usual wear and tear <br />al ;;lc eXcepted, and Lessee will, upon the expiration of. this Icase, <br />pcaccably yield up to Lessor all and singular th.e premises. <br />10. The City of Paris shall furnish Nvater and sewer service <br />from the Airport System, at no charge to the Lessee, as a part of <br />the lease. <br />11. That it shall be lawful for Lessor's Airport Manager to <br />enter upon and into the leased premises and every part thereof at <br />all times for the purpose of inspecting and examining the condition <br />thereof. <br />12. That Lessee will not assign this lease or sublet the <br />leased premises or any part thereof without the written consent :of <br />Lessor first had and obtained. <br />13. That Lessee agrees to indemnify, save, keep and hold: <br />harmless -Lessor from and against any and all demands, debts, lia -• - <br />bilities, suits, claims and causes of action of every kind and <br />character whatsoever for damage or injuries to persons and /or <br />property occurring <br />on the leased <br />premises <br />-resulting <br />from Lessee's, <br />its invitees, agents, <br />servants or <br />employees' <br />use, and <br />Lessor shall <br />not be liable to Lessee, its invitees, agents, servants, employees <br />or visitors due to the improvements located thereon, or hereafter <br />constructed, or any other condition of the premises being impro- <br />porly constructed, maintained or being or becoming out of repair, <br />Lessee hereby waiving any defects therein and agrees to hold and <br />save Lessor harmless from all claims for any such damages or <br />injur. i0s, and Lessee must at all times during the -term of this <br />agrcc Il-I,�mt, and any eXtCIIsion7 thereof, koep and I1iL-lil-Iti1111 in fLIII <br />force Ind effect a policy or policies; of insu1-ance, providing at <br />
