Discuss and award a bid to the highest responsible bidder for the purchase of city -owned property, more specifically described as 12.662 acres of land at Paris Cox Field Airport situated within the limit of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, part of the William Scott Survey #856, and being part of a called 1552.97 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of Paris by deed recorded in Vol. 308, Page 287, in the Deed Records. 18.
