Discuss and award a bid to the highest responsible bidder for the purchase of city -owned <br />property, more specifically described as 12.662 acres of land at Paris Cox Field Airport situated <br />within the limit of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, part of the William <br />Scott Survey #856, and being part of a called 1552.97 acre tract of land conveyed to the City of <br />Paris by deed recorded in Vol. 308, Page 287, in the Deed Records. <br />18. Receive annual report from Paris Economic Development Corporation. <br />19. Discuss and award a bid to the lowest responsible bidder for the Stillhouse Road Landfill <br />remediation and closure. <br />20. Receive presentation from the Main Street Advisory Board about the accomplishments of the <br />Main Street Program. <br />22. Discuss and act on expenditures in an amount not to exceed $90,000 for the downtown spray <br />park. <br />23. Receive update on the Grand Theater renovations and provide direction to staff. <br />24. Discuss possible changes to the Historic Preservation ordinance. <br />25. Discuss drainage funding options. <br />26. Discuss utilities bond projects and provide direction to staff. <br />27. Reconsider and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of Mike and Stephanie Hall for a <br />change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a One - Family Dwelling <br />District No. 3 (SF -3) adding a Specific Use Permit (39- Mobile Home) on Lot 1, Block A, of the <br />Hall Addition CB 154, located at 1190 SW 6th Street. <br />28. Consider and approve future events for City Council and /or City Staff pursuant to Resolution <br />No. 2004 -081. <br />
