`l <br />512 <br />SECTION 7.01- Plan Administration <br />The City's Classification plan is the basis for pay for all employees in the classified system. <br />Positions ar -, allocated to approved classifications based on organizational structure, job difficulty, <br />the assignment of duties and responsibilities. The Director of Human Resources or his designee <br />prepares and administers the Classification Plan subject to policies established by the City Manager <br />and/or City Council.
