354 <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and <br />State of Texas, being a part of the George W. Cox Survey, and being a part of an 88 acre <br />tract of land - conveyed Dallas Utility Co. by deed recorded in Vol. 376, Page 442, of the <br />Deed Records of said County and State. <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin at the intersection of the North Boundary Line of <br />Clarksville St., with the East Boundary Line of Johnson Woods Drive, said point being a <br />distance of 999.8 ft. West of the most Southerly Southeast corner of said 88 acre tract, as <br />measured along the North Boundary Line of Clarksville St.; <br />THENCE North 22 °22' East along the East Boundary Line of Johnson Woods Dr., <br />a distance of 150 ft. to an iron pipe for comer; <br />THENCE South 68 °49' East a distance of 150 feet to an iron pin for corner, said <br />point being in the West Boundary Line of the Pleasant Grove Convalescent Home property; <br />THENCE 22 °22' West along the West Boundary Line of the said Convalescent <br />Home property, a distance of 150 feet to an iron pipe for comer in the North Boundary Line <br />of Clarksville St., said point being in a curve to the right having a radius of 5321.48 feet <br />and a degree of curvature of 1 *05'; - <br />THENCE in a Northwesterly direction along said curve to the right a distance of <br />150 feet to the place of beginning, being numbered 3025 Clarksville Street. <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to <br />change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and <br />the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every <br />day's continuance of any violation of the above- enumerated sections shall constitute and be deemed a <br />separate offense. <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed. <br />Section 6.
