RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -008 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF A CITY OF PARIS EMERGENCY <br />MANAGEMENT PLAN; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS <br />RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, various departments and staff members of the City of Paris have prepared an <br />Emergency Management Plan for the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the aforesaid Emergency Management Plan <br />and authorize the City Manager to fully implement same; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br />Section 2. That the City Council does hereby approve an Emergency Management Plan for <br />the City of Paris, as the same is attached hereto and for all purposes incorporated herein, and the City <br />Manager shall be and is hereby authorized to in all things fully implement said Emergency <br />Management Plan. <br />Section 3.
