12/13/12 <br />16.12 Collections /Claims Process: <br />16.12.1 Continue aggressive collection of delinquent hotel occupancy taxes. 17w O <br />16.12.2 Aggressively pursue collection efforts against third parties and insurance <br />companies for damage to city property and other subrogation matters. <br />16.12.3 Provide assistance to all city departments on claims and collection work. <br />16.12.4 Prepare, submit and track all claims filed with TML Risk Pool. <br />16.13 Continue review of city codes repealing/modifying those codes that are no longer <br />effective because of changes to state law and /or no longer being utilized or enforced by <br />the City of Paris. <br />16.14 Create a standard construction contract template for use by city departments with <br />routine or small construction projects. <br />16.15 Continue general counsel services to Paris Economic Development Corporation, <br />assistance with contracts, economic incentive agreements, tax abatement agreements, <br />and attendance at regular meetings. <br />16.16 Continue legal counsel and support services to other city boards and commissions and <br />to department liaisons as needed. <br />33 <br />
