That City staff is hereby directed to prepare and present to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission a formal amendment to the City Zoning Ordinance <br />designating a new use, to wit: "Flea Market" to be allowed in Planned Development district <br />and by specific use permit only in Light Industrial ( "Ll ") zoning districts and to include such <br />other definitions or terms as needed to implement this resolution. <br />Section 5.
