Discuss and possibly take action on invoice for audit services of FY 2013 -14 by <br />McClanahan & Holmes, LLP, CPAs in the amount of $7,250.00 <br />8. Discuss and possibly take action on proposed website changes by James Wallace of <br />Jazzy Frog Interactive. <br />
