Motion carried 6 -0. <br />Motion was made by James Price, seconded by Jerry Akers for Mike Folmar to return. <br />4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Mike and Stephanie Hall <br />for a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to One - Family <br />Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) with a Specific Use Permit (39- Mobile Home) on Lot 1, <br />Block A, of the Hall Addition CB 154, being located at 1190 SW 19th Street. (It was <br />announced to the commission 1190 SW 6th Street was a typo was made on the agenda) <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission discussed the issues regarding mobile homes in the <br />City of Paris. The Commission wants to move forward with putting a board together to <br />work on the mobile home section of the zoning ordinance. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. The following individuals spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Brandon Chaney, 722 S.E. 19th Street Paris, Texas, spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Mr. Chaney stated the Halls are seeking approval on the zoning change to place a <br />mobile home on their property to live in. Mr. Chaney further stated the location to <br />place the home will not be visible seen from the road. <br />Stephanie Hall, 3404 Bonham Street Paris, Texas, spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Mrs. Hall stated they have already purchased the mobile home and are hoping the <br />board would consider the circumstances. <br />Don Howell, 115 Airport Road Paris, Texas, spoke in favor of the petition. Mr. <br />Howell stated he believes that Mr. and Mrs. Hall shouldn't be punished because the <br />mobile home section of the zoning ordinance isn't where the commission would <br />like it to be. <br />B. No one spoke in opposition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Barney Bray, seconded by John Lee to approve the petition. Motion <br />carried 4 -3, with Billy Trenado, Mike Folmar and James Price in opposition. <br />5. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Paris Lakes Medical <br />Center, LLC for a change in zoning from Agricultural District (A) and a One - Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Planned Development District (PD -h) which is a <br />combination of any of the developments listed in a to g in the Planned Development Zoning <br />District on A524 JLeach Survey, Tract 19, being located at 2675 SE 41" Street. <br />
