Chair Glatfelter to recommend all items for demolition. The motion carried 3 -1. <br />7. Discussion of commission attendance policy <br />Chair Cox introduced the item and asked if there was an attendance policy. Mr. <br />Sleeper explained that the City Council had set an attendance policy for all boards and <br />commissions of at least seventy five per cent (7501o) of regular meetings, and that <br />removal of a member could either be voluntary or by majority vote on City Council. No <br />action was taken. <br />8. Future Agenda Items <br />Mr. Sleeper extended an invitation to the commission to attend the East Texas <br />Preservation Weekend in Tyler, Texas on March 26 -28, 2015. No action was taken. <br />9. Adjournment <br />With no other matters to discuss, a motion to adjourn was made by Vice Chair <br />Glatfelter and seconded by Commissioner Alsobrook.
