Assistant <br />Kelli Mallicote <br />Stephen Grubbs, Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. and welcomed those <br />present. Confirmed a quorum was present. <br />Citizens' Input: <br />Kelli Mallicote of BodyGuard Truck Accessories addressed the Board and expressed concern <br />about the information needed for incentive compliance that was requested by the PEDC. She did <br />not want private information such as social security numbers, salaries, and job titles to be <br />available to the public due to it becoming public information once the PEDC had received it. <br />Kelli Mallicote had submitted some compliance documentation and told those present that the <br />other required documents could be viewed on site at their business location. <br />The Board also discussed whether the Board would be able respond or have a dialog with <br />whoever makes a comment about the PEDC on this item. The Board will discuss at the next <br />meeting. <br />Discuss and possibly take action on quotes for Commercial General Liability Insurance for <br />the Northwest Industrial Park and Rail Spur <br />Shannon Barrentine told those present that Mid - Continent Group quoted a cost of $781.00 per <br />year. Don Wilson made a motion to accept the quote from Mid - Continent Group for <br />Commercial General Liability Insurance in the amount of $781.00; seconded by John Brockman. <br />Motion Carried 4 -0. <br />
