COMPLAINT PROCEDURES OF CITY OF PARIS <br />The following are procedural requirements for responding to local complaints submitted to the Texas <br />Department of Agriculture concerning the quality of service by City of Paris: <br />Complaint System: <br />A. Comments or complaints submitted to the Department about the quality of services funded <br />by a block grant administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture will be received by <br />John Godwin, City Manager at City Hall, 135 SE 1St Street, Paris, Texas 75460. <br />B. The City shall complete an investigation of the comment or complaint and submit its <br />findings, in writing, to the Department within ten business days or notify the Department of <br />the date the investigation can be completed. <br />C. The City shall notify the director of the Department of the status of the complaint at least <br />quarterly and until the final disposition of the complaint unless the notice would jeopardize <br />an undercover investigation. <br />D.
