Conduct a public hearing, discuss and act on an Ordinance establishing, extending and re- <br />designating a Reinvestment Zone encompassing approximately 237 acres identified as the <br />Kimberly -Clark Plant property at Loop 286 and FM 137, City of Paris, Lamar County, <br />Texas. <br />17. Discuss Trail de Paris reconstruction and provide direction to staff. <br />18.
