Interim Executive Director's Report: <br />• Status of the Texas Workforce Commission High Demand Job Training <br />Program through Workforce Solutions of Northeast Texas grant application. <br />• Status of WorkKeyso assessment for Certified Work Ready Communities <br />Initiative. <br />• Report on Lamar County Days in Austin, April 7, 8 & 9, 2015. <br />• Industrial Managers Quarterly meeting is Thursday, April 23, 2015. <br />• Status of 2014 Tax Abatement and Incentive Agreement Compliance. <br />7. Discuss and possibly take action on transferring excess reserves from the I & S <br />Fund (Debt Service) to the PEDC operating account in the amount of $100,000. <br />8. Discuss and possibly take action on proposed website changes by James Wallace of <br />Jazzy Frog Interactive. <br />
