Dev. & Tourism <br />Office of the Governor <br />Stephen Grubbs, Chairman called the meeting to order at 3:34 p.m. and welcomed those <br />present. Confirmed a quorum was present. <br />Discuss and possibly take action on continuing Citizens' Input item for future Agenda items. <br />John Brockman stated that he thought that because the PEDC was a different entity that they would be <br />able to respond to citizens comments. Looking at the Open Meetings Act we aren't allowed to rebut. <br />Don Wilson suggested leaving it on the agenda for a few months and see how it goes. No action was <br />taken on this item. <br />Approval of minutes from the February 10, 2015 regular meeting and February 18, 2015 called <br />meeting <br />Rebecca Clifford made a motion to accept the Minutes, as submitted, for February 10, <br />2015 and February 18, 2015 meetings; seconded by Don Wilson. Motion Carried 5 -0. <br />
