MINUTES REGULAR MEETING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 107 E. KAUFMAN STREET PARIS, TEXAS MONDAY, APRIL 6, 2015 5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. The meeting Qf the Planning and Zoning Commission on 1140nday. �tpril 6, 2015, was called to order at 5:30 p. in. by Holland Harper, Chairman. A. The following members were present: Jerry Akers, John Lee, Barney Bray, Holland Harper, James Price and Billy Trenado B. The following members were absent: Mike Folmar C Also present were Joey Sleeper, Building Official; Sue Lancaster, City Council; and Ashley Fendley, Secretary for the Planning and Zoning Commission. 2. Approval qfminutesftom previous meetings, (March 2, 2015) Motion was made by James Price, seconded by John Lee to approve minutes for the March 2, 2015 meeting, with corrections. Motion carried 6-0. 3. Consideration qfand action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Offittt Properties, LLC Addition No. 2 CB 94, located at 805 North Main Sti-eet. Joey Sleeper reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Jerry Akers, seconded by John Lee to approve the preliminary plat. Motion carried 6-0. 4, Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block,4, Qf 1i tt Properties, LLC Addition Mo. 2 CB 94, located at 805 North Main Street. Joey Sleeper reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Billy Trenado, seconded by Barney Bray to approve the final plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6-0. 5. Consideration qJ*and action on the Neliminar°)) Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Fuller Addition CB 232, located at 1360 West Campbell Street. Joey Sleeper reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Barney Bray, seconded by James Price to approve the preliminary plat, Subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6-0.
