Mrs. Giberson stated she owns the property to the west across 9a' Street and she <br />wishes they would approve this petition for Mrs. Hicks. <br />Richard Bailey, 151 CR 32505 Paris, Texas stated he is in favor of the petition. <br />B. No one spoke in opposition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by David Hamilton, seconded by Bryan Glass to approve the variance <br />request. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Old Mae Moore to grant <br />a variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9 -201 (1) which provides that the <br />"minimum lot width in a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) be no less than 60 <br />feet" this petition is to allow a minimum lot width of 50 feet, which is a 10 foot variance, on <br />Lot 11, City Block 175 -A, being located at 1107 Grove Street. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. One individual spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Arzella Pratt, 3525 Reno Drive Paris, Texas spoke in favor of the petition. Mrs. <br />Pratt stated this has been her mother's residents for 40+ years and is really looking <br />forward to this new home. <br />B. No one spoke in opposition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Bryan Glass, seconded by Charles Richards to approve the variance <br />request. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />5. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Beulah Fuller to grant a <br />variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9 -301 (1) which provides that the "minimum <br />lot depth in a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) be no less than 100 feet" this <br />petition is to allow a minimum lot depth of 90 feet, which is a 10 foot variance, on Lot 3-A, <br />City Block 232, being located at 1360 West Campbell Street. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. One individual spoke in favor of the petition. <br />
