RECEIVED 01/28/2013 03:40 <br />From:Lamar Co.Chamber of Commerce To:9037841798 05/14/2015 14:28 #047 P.002/003 <br />Paris Municipal Band Commission Meeting Minutes <br />Wednesday, March 25`h, 2015 at 4:00 <br />A meeting of the Paris Municipal Band Commission was held on Wednesday, March 25`h, 2015 at <br />4:00p.m. at the Lamar County Chamber of Commerce office at 8 West Plaza. <br />In attendance: Randy Bunch, Edwin Pickle, Joanna Parsons, Patsy Daniels, Joe Watson, and Becky <br />Semple <br />Chairman Randy Bunch called the meeting to order at 4:00p.m. Randy recognized our guest, Stephen <br />Gerrald from the Lamar County Chamber Executive Board to talk about the July 3rd Fireworks Show. <br />Financial Report was given for 2015 budget for the season of $21,800. <br />Edwin Pickle approved the minutes as read and amended. Patsy Daniel gave the second. <br />Joe Watson, Band Director, stated that letters go out first week of May and added clarification line to <br />letters of age eligibility. <br />Joanna Parsons stated that Spencer's food truck wanted to contact us about setting up at concerts. Joe <br />ask Becky to send invitation letter to Paul Denney to provide sound for concerts. <br />Stephen Gerrald came to meeting to answer questions about the Fireworks on July P. Randy Bunch ask <br />if these could be designated parking places for Band and Choir members. Stephen will add Joe Watson <br />to Fireworks Committee meeting. <br />Becky Semple will check with Bill Loranger of City Parks Department about checking lights at Peristyle <br />before concerts. Randy will take care of Rental Truck. Byron will continue to do announcing for the <br />band and manage equipment. <br />Food Trucks will be invited to concerts at Bywaters and Pavilion. <br />Joanna Parsons Made Motion to adjourn at 4:55 and Edwin Pickle made the second. <br />Meeting adjourned. <br />Respectfully submityd, <br />{ <br />Becky Semple <br />
