(3) The Future Land Use Plan recommends General Retail (GR) zoning for all lots that front <br />Lamar Avenue from Loop 286 east to the City Limits. <br />These factors, taken collectively, have encouraged city staff to recommend approval. In order to <br />approve this zoning change it will take a 3/4 majority vote of the City Council. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve a change in zoning from a Commercial (C) and Light <br />Industrial (LI) to General Retail (GR) zoning district with a Specific Use Permit (SUP) #3(Auto <br />laundry in GR district) on Lot 1 and 4, Block A of the R S Enterprises Addition, located at 3782 <br />Lamar Avenue <br />
