Call meeting to order — Stephen Grubbs, Chair <br />2. Citizens' Input <br />(Persons desiring to address the Paris EDC Board must limit their presentation to no more than two <br />minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board <br />from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, <br />or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the Paris EDC, Board Members or <br />employees are not appropriate for citizens' input.) <br />3. Discuss and possibly take action on the letter dated April 21, 2015 to the PEDC Board from Ricky <br />Hayes concerning the Defenbaugh Report. <br />4. Convene into Executive Session: <br />a) Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Governmental Code: 1) to deliberate the appointment, <br />employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or <br />employee; or 2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or employee. Interim Executive <br />Director's resignation and future duties of staff going forward. <br />5. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in Executive Session. <br />6.
