The fairground for Paris is an important location since <br />the fair and for other social events that happen at this <br />site. <br />There has been numerous requests about need for <br />availability of fixed bathroom facilities at this site. <br />Last year after due consideration the council approved <br />in its budget approximately 8o K dollars for the <br />construction of bathrooms at the fair grounds. <br />
