0055 <br />Convene into Executive Session: <br />The PEDC Board Convened into Executive Session at 5:00 PM. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the <br />Texas Governmental Code: 1) To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, <br />reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or 2) to hear a <br />complaint to charge against an officer or employee. Interim Executive Director's Applications. <br />Reconvene into Open Session: <br />Executive Session ended at 5:35 p.m. The Board reconvened into open session. As a result of <br />executive session discussion the Board took no action <br />Future Agenda Items: <br />Future Agenda Items are to include: <br />Executive Session Section 551.074 1) To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, <br />reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or 2) to hear a <br />complaint to charge against an officer or employee.
