Collegiate Dr. to Loop <br />286 <br />The Contract Price of your Contract is Two Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Forty Nine Dollars and Sixty <br />Cents ($259,049.60), which is the Base Bid less Deductive Alternate #3. <br />3 copies of the proposed Contract Documents accompany this Notice of Award. <br />You must comply with the following conditions precedent within 15 days of the date you receive this <br />Notice of Award. <br />1. Deliver to the Owner 3 fully executed counterparts of the Contract Documents. <br />2.
