Proclamation declaring August 11, 2015 as Underground Damage Prevention Day. <br />Mayor Hashmi read the proclamation and asked Ms. Ellis to forward it to Atmos <br />representative Ms. Moser. <br />c. Proclamation declaring the month of August 2015 as "One City, One Book." <br />Mayor Hashmi read the proclamation and presented it to Ms. McAnally and Mrs. Young. <br />Consent Agenda <br />Mayor Hashmi inquired of Council Members if they wished to pull any items from the <br />Consent Agenda for discussion. There being none, a Motion to approve the consent agenda was <br />made by Council Member Lancaster and seconded by Council Member Clifford. Motion <br />carried, 7 ayes — 0 nays. <br />5. Approve minutes from the meeting on July 27, 2015. <br />6. Receive reports and /or minutes from the following boards, commissions, and committees: <br />a. Airport Advisory Board (6 -8 -2015) <br />b. Planning & Zoning Commission (7 -6 -2015) <br />c. Traffic Commission (7 -7 -2015) <br />7. Approve the low bids for chemicals to be used at the Water and Wastewater Treatment <br />Plants. <br />8. Reject all bids for the Trail de Paris Rehabilitation Project. <br />9. Receive the 2015 tax appraisal roll from the Lamar County Appraisal District. <br />10. Deny the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Sky Park Addition City Block 249, located in the <br />2500 Block of Lamar Avenue. <br />11. Approve ORDINANCE NO. 2015 -018: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 5 -14, FEES OF CHAPTER 5 OF THE CITY CODE <br />OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FRO AN INCREASE IN IMPOUNDMENT FEES <br />FROM $20.00 PER TO $50.00 PER HEAD DAILY CARE AND STORAGE FEES <br />FROM $5.00 PER DAY TO $10.00 PER DAY; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND <br />PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; PROVIDING A REPEALER CLAUSE, <br />
