Special City Council Meeting <br />November 2, 2009 <br />Page 2 <br />City Manager Kevin Carruth, City Attorney Kent McIlyar and City Engineer Shawn Napier <br />answered questions from City Council. <br />Mr. Carruth suggested they extend the moratorium and have the Planning and Zoning Sub- <br />Committee give City Council a presentation regarding their suggested changes. It was a consensus <br />of Council extend the moratorium and to schedule a special meeting for Monday, December 7, 2009 <br />at 6:00 p.m. to hear from the Sub - Committee. Mr. Napier will confirm the presentation with the Sub - <br />Committee. <br />Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, a Motion to adjourn was made by Council Member Pickle <br />and seconded by Council Member Brown.
