Kaufinan, Paris, Texas. <br />Present: Mayor: <br />Opening Agenda <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Council Members: <br />Jesse James Freelen <br />Joe McCarthy; Kevin Kear; Stephen Brown; <br />Will Biard; Edwin Pickle; and Rhonda Rogers <br />City Staff: Kevin Carruth, City Manager; Kent McIlyar, <br />City Attorney; Janice Ellis, City Clerk; Gene <br />Anderson, Finance Director; Shawn Napier, <br />City Engineer; Ronnie Grooms; Fire Chief; <br />Doug Harris, Director of Utilities; and Bob <br />Hundley, Assistant Police Chief <br />Mayor Freelen called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. <br />2. Invocation. <br />Gene Anderson gave the invocation. <br />3. Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Council Member Kear led the pledge. <br />4. Citizens' forum. <br />Josh Bray, 1580 Cobb Ranch Road, owner of Sanitation Solutions - he said Sanitation <br />Solutions had been unable to meet their production directive to tear down five houses a month, <br />because utilities had not been disconnected to some of the houses. Kevin Carruth said that staff had <br />contacted the utility companies and that Atmos had recently experienced personnel changes that <br />resulted in a communication breakdown at Atmos. Mr. Carruth reported that the problems with the <br />utilities had been taken care of. <br />Consent Agenda <br />Subject to a correction being made to the Board of Adjustment minutes to reflect that Louis <br />
