That, from the above and foregoing canvass of the returns of the votes in Council Member Districts 1, 2, ,3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 and early voting, it is declared and determined that the results of the Special Election for the purpose of voting on the proposed amendments to the Charter of the City of Paris are as follows: 1. A total of 1,303 For votes were cast in favor of the aforesaid Proposition No. 1, and a total of 92 Against votes were cast in opposition to the aforesaid proposition, and it is further declared and determined that the aforesaid amendment to the Charter of the City of Paris, DID pass. 2. A total of 1,290 For votes were cast in favor of the aforesaid Proposition No. 2, and a total of 98 Against votes were cast in opposition to the aforesaid proposition, and it is further declared and determined that the aforesaid amendment to the Charter of the City of Paris, DID pass. 3. A total of 1,306 For votes were cast in favor of the aforesaid Proposition No. 3, and a total of 74 Against votes were cast in opposition to the aforesaid proposition, and it is further declared and determined that the aforesaid amendment to the Charter of the City of Paris, DID pass. 4. A total of 1,355 For votes were cast in favor . of the aforesaid Proposition No. 4, and a total of 47 Against votes were cast in opposition to the aforesaid proposition, and it is further declared and determined that the aforesaid amendment to the Charter of the City of Paris, DID pass. -73-
