Waters- Oldani Executive Recruitment <br />D. The PACE Group Executive Search Consultants <br />Mayor Manning inquired of Council as to their preference regarding search firms. <br />Council Member Fendley asked that the Mercer Group, Inc. be included, because they were <br />very detailed oriented. Mayor Manning expressed he would like to hear from the PACE Group, <br />because they had exhibited good results for PEDC. Council Member Wilson specified he would <br />like to hear from Johnson & Associates, because they had a large client list. Council Member <br />Freelen also stated he liked the Johnson Group, because they had a lot of references in Texas. <br />Council decided to invite Johnson & Associates, the Mercer Group and the PACE Group to <br />give presentations at the next regular meeting. <br />7. Citizens Forum. <br />Jerry Rose, 2710 W. Brame Street - he told Council they needed to do something to <br />retain good employees. He expressed concern about the water office having all new <br />people and the length of time citizens had to wait in line. <br />
