Council discussed appearance of the City and animal control. <br />7. ' Discussion of Code Enforcement Procedures. <br />Council moved to item 7. Council discussed the possibility of a Code Enforcement Task <br />Force. <br />12. Discussion of Board and Commission appointments. <br />Council moved to item 12. Council discussed how to proceed with nominations for the <br />PEDC Board. Mayor Freelen asked Council Members to bring to him at the next meeting, a <br />list of names to be considered for Board- appointments to the PEDC. <br />13H. Discussion of revising the Sign Ordinance. <br />Council moved to item 13H. Council discussed reviewing the ordinance as it relates to <br />all signs. Council Member Wilson suggested that all sign companies be notified should a <br />moratorium be put in place. <br />Council did not reach all of the items listed on the Agenda (see Exhibit A). <br />14. Adjournment. <br />Council Member Biard made a Motion to adjourn and Council Member Brown <br />seconded the Motion. Motion carried, 7 ayes - 0 nays.
