Letter of Agreement — 2004 <br />Paris — Page 3 <br />10. Current member of the National Main Street Network. Participation in the National Main <br />Street Network connects local programs to their counterparts throughout the nation, providing <br />them with valuable information resources. Membership in the National Main Street Network is <br />compulsory in order to receive national recognition through the National Main Center. <br />These Ten Criteria are mandatory for eligibility as a Texas Main Street city. <br />The City of Paris's Main Street Manager will attend at least two of the training opportunities. <br />The City of Paris is accepting Official Graduate Main Street City status with the understanding and <br />agreement that they will apply the Main Street approach in their downtown revitalization program for the <br />period, January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004. <br />The appropriate stipend is due by January 31, 2004. <br />The Texas Main Street Center and the -City of Paris's relationship described above is hereby agreed to by <br />the undersigned: - <br />l go -Aco <br />City Manager, City of Paris Date <br />Kim McKnight, State Coordinator Date <br />Texas Main Street Program <br />Community Heritage Development Division <br />F. Lawerence Oaks, Executive Director <br />Texas Historical Commission <br />Date <br />Resolution 2004 -025, approving and authorizing the execution of Contract <br />Change Notice No. 3 (Attachment No. IA) to the Contract for Public Health <br />Services, TDH Document No. 7560022067 -2004, was read. <br />Councilman Bell asked if there was any budgetary impact that came with this <br />Change Order. Finance Director Anderson indicated there was a zero budget <br />impact.. Councilman Bell made a motion to approve the resolution. Mayor Pro <br />Tern McCarthy seconded the motion, which carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
