4 <br />Edward Byrne Memorial Fund Program Grant with the Criminal Justice Division, which creates the <br />Red River Valley Drug Task Force, which application is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made <br />a part hereof for all purposes, and which will be submitted to the Governor's Office, Criminal Justice <br />Division. <br />ARTICLE II <br />TERM <br />2.01 The term of this Agreement is to commence on the execution of this Agreement and to end <br />May 31, 2005. <br />ARTICLE III <br />CONSIDERATION <br />3.01 As consideration for this Agreement, in addition to the amount contributed by the Texas <br />Department of Public Safety, the Counties and the Cities agree to contribute a total of $311,434.00 <br />in matching funds for the enhancement of the Red River Valley Drug Task Force in the amounts <br />as follows: <br />Fannin County <br />$24,414.00 <br />City of Bonham <br />$24,414.00 <br />° City of Paris <br />$24,414.00 <br />Lamar County <br />$24,414.00 <br />Sulphur Springs <br />$24,414.00 <br />Hopkins County <br />$20,000.00 <br />Texas Department <br />TNT Forfeiture <br />of Public Safety <br />$138,765.00 <br />Account <br />$10,599.00 <br />8th & 62ed <br />Judicial DA' for <br />Delta and Franklin <br />Counties $20,000.00 <br />-2- <br />
