Monitors operations ensuring efficiency of personnel and resources, works with advisory board, and coordinates with Texas Department of Public Safety. Will prepare grant application and adjustments as needed for task force operation within the Criminal Justice Division guidelines to present to project director for approval and signature. Will be responsible for compiling and reporting statistical data reported to the Criminal Justice Division, Texas A&M University, and Texas Department of Public Safety. Supervises the reviewing of investigative reports and is responsible for the integrity and performance of the task force. Keeps the project director, along with the Board of Directors, aware of the operations of the unit, develops policies and procedures. Must be a 100.00% $0 $76,896 $0 $76,896 Assistant Commander - Patrolman - City of Paris: Assists commander with all tasks dealing with the operation of the task force, and will be responsible for the operation and conduct of the task force in the absence of the commander. Will approve and oversee all the field operations, investigations, and execution of search warrants conducted by the investigators. May also present law enforcement educational programs to local clubs, associations, schools, or meetings. Must be at least 21 years of age and a certified peace officer in the State of Texas and must maintain TCLOSE required hours of training. Salary S 37,843 pbus benefits of $ 14,660.
