East Side Water Treatment Plant Vulnerability Assessments - City of Dallas, Texas - The assessment identified vulnerable system components. Failures of system components were analyzed for the impact on the City's ability to deliver treated water to the system. Improvements to increase reliability were prioritized for inclusion in the City's capital improvement program. Risk Management Programs - City of San Angelo, Texas and 20+ other facilities. Prepared chemical release prevention programs including hazard reviews, off -site consequence analyses and detailed computer modeling of chemical release scenarios, emergency planning, and process safety; and submitted Risk Management Plans for facility compliance for chemical systems. Facilities included TRA Central Region Wastewater System and Fort Worth's Village Creek WWTP, two of the largest wastewater treatment plants in the DFW metroplex. Safety Evaluations - City of Fort Worth, Texas - Safety evaluation of chlorination facilities at remote booster pump stations and storage tanks. Lake Ray Roberts Water Treatment Plant - City of Denton, Texas - Project engineer for the design of a splitter box, blower building, and 25 MGD transfer pump station for a new 20 MGD Lake Ray Roberts Water Treatment Plant. The blower building design included two multi -stage centrifugal air blowers, field piping, and related fittings and appurtenances. Water System Vulnerability Assessment and Emergency Response Plan
