M - <br />66 <br />Loop 286 N.E. City Ml nager Malone stated that Planning and Zoning had <br />recommended approval of this item subject to the memo by the City Engineer, <br />listing 6 items to be completed. <br />Councilwoman Neeley made a motion to approve the Replat subject to the City <br />Engineer's memo. The motion was seconded by Councilman Guest and passed <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Fendley called for consideration of and action on the Replat of Lots 5, <br />6, and 7, Block 8, Springlake Addition, being number 200 N. Collegiate Drive. <br />Councilwoman Neeley made a motion to approve the replat. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Weekly. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Fendley called for consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, <br />Block A, Springlake Estates, Phase 6, being number 790 N. Collegiate Drive. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Weekly to approve the plat. This was <br />seconded by Councilman Guest. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />On a question from Councilman Bell as to why it took from September when <br />these were presented until now to be approved, City. Engineer Shawn Napier <br />explained that the developer had sewer lines to be built and the engineer for the <br />developer had been slow. getting the plats back to the city. <br />Mayor Fendley asked the Council members if there were any corrections or <br />additions to the copies ofthe previous Council minutes that had been - furnished. <br />Councilman Bell moved to table this action as the minutes had just been handed <br />to them and they had not had time to go over them. Councilman Plata seconded <br />the motion, which passed 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Fendley called for receipt of reports from the Housing Authority of the . <br />City of Paris, the Library Advisory. Board, and the Paris Economic Development <br />Corporation. Councilwoman Neeley questioned why they were receiving <br />Housing Authority minutes from 2002. City Manager Malone said there had <br />been difficulty getting minutes from the Housing Authority and they were <br />
