Neeley, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Resolution No. 2000 -014, accepting the Solid Waste Implementation Grant <br />for the period beginning February 1, 2000, and ending January 31, 2001 in <br />the total amount of $26,975.00 with the City of Paris providing $46,730.56 in <br />the form of in kind services, and approving the form of the Solid Waste <br />Implementation Grant, Contract No. 04310768, and further authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor, Charles H. Neeley to execute on behalf of the City of <br />Paris the Solid Waste Implementation Grant, was presented. A motion was <br />made by Councilman Pfiester, seconded by Councilman Manning, for <br />approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
