0 <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />DEFINITIONS <br />SECTION 1.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES DEFINITIONS <br />1.1. For the purposes of all parts and attachments of this Contract, the following Scope of <br />Services definitions shall apply: <br />1.1.1 Professional Services - The cooperative implementation of the Ark -Tex Council <br />of Governments Regional Solid Waste Management Plan. <br />1.1.2. Com osting Program - Program to facilitate composting of yard trimmings and <br />other materials. <br />SECTION 2.0 PAYMENT AND FISCAL MANAGEMENT <br />2.1. For the purposes of all parts and attachments of this Contract, the following Payment <br />and Fiscal Management definitions shall apply: <br />2.1.1.
