COLLECTION OF DATA �s Collection of information from ten or more persons and sponsored by ATF, shall be subject to 5 CFR 1320. A collection of information undertaken by a recipient of a-- Federal cooperative agreement is considered to be sponsored by ATF only under the following conditions: A.
