416 <br />VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />STATE OF TEXAS } <br />} KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR } <br />THAT, the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation, acting by and <br />through its Mayor, Charles H. Neeley, duly authorized, hereinafter called CITY, and QUICK <br />& E-Z LUBE, by and through its owners, Mark Bender and Jim Crosslin, hereinafter called <br />QUICK & E-Z, do hereby contract and agree as follows: <br />1. That QUICK & E -Z shall service CITY vehicles in accordance with the <br />specifications on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. The term of this contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months beginning <br />February 9, 1999, and ending on February 8, 2000. <br />3.
