452 <br />Resolution No. 99 -015, authorizing and directing the City Manager, Michael E. Malone <br />to execute on behalf of the City of Paris, a purchase order with the Houston - <br />Galveston Area Council for a 1999 Ford F350 Type 1 Ambulance to be manufactured <br />by Wheeled Coach Industries for a total purchase price of $69,997.94, which <br />represents the cost of the ambulance, which is $84,765.94, less the value of the <br />City's trade -in in the amount of $14,768.00 was presented. A motion by <br />Councilwomen Fisher, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Thomas, for approval of the <br />resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
