513 <br />Mayor Neeley called for consideration of and action on .a resolution consenting to <br />the assignment of the tax abatement agreement from Panda Paris Power L.L.C. to <br />Panda Paris Power L.P. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Clifford, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Thomas <br />to table action on the resolution consenting to the assignment of the tax abatement <br />agreement from Panda Paris Power L.L.C. to Panda Paris Power L.P. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Attorney Foster presented the following petition for rezoning: Brenda Fearn, Lot <br />26, City Block 70 -B to a Two - Family Dwelling District No. 2. <br />Mayor Neeley referred the petition to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their <br />study and recommendation at their meeting scheduled for'March 1, 1999, and before <br />the City Council March 4, 1999. <br />Mayor Neeley reminded the audience that on the 18th Day of February, 1999, 6:00 P. <br />M., City Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas ,there will be public hearings on <br />the proposed annexation, with a follow -up meeting at 6:00 P. M., Monday, February <br />22,1999, City Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas. Mayor Neeley also advised <br />that there will be a meeting on an up -date of the Comprehensive Master Plan for 5:00 <br />
