518. <br />continuation, shopping choice improvement downtown, improvement to access <br />to shopping, and improvement to the appearance of gateways into the city. <br />Chairman Hayter wanted to know if there was an issue under economic <br />development for a commercial air service. Mr. Mickey advised that issue was <br />discussed and there was concern attracting an airline to service Paris. Mayor Pro <br />Tern Thomas stated that it should be in the master plan. <br />After discussion Mr. Mickey advised that at the next meeting they would be <br />presenting the first draft of the master plan. This will give the Council and the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission a chance to look at it before the follow-up <br />meeting. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Chairman Hayter. <br />CHARLES H.
