3/2 Debbie North spoke in favor of the petition requesting zoning change from a single family to a general retail district. Bobby Myers asked about parking. Ms. North stated she would build 5 spaces of dust free parking. Bill Cupit , 124 S.E. 20th, stated that he had no opposition to petition. There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. 5. Consideration of and action on the petition of Debbie North for a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a General Retail District (GR), Lot 7, City Block 224, being number 101 S.E. 20th. Motion was made to approve by Bill Coleman and seconded by Marshall Kent. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. 6. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Charlotte Murray for a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 With Specific Use Permit (39) Mobile Home, Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Colonial Addition, being number 1760 W. Walker. The public hearing was declared open. Charlotte Murray spoke in favor of the petition stating that she would like to put a mobile home on this property. Bobby Myers asked if there were other mobile homes in the area. Steve Methven stated that there are several mobile homes in the area. Calvin Gibson who owns property in the area stated that he had no opposition to the petition. Jim Lester who lives in the area also stated that he does not oppose the petition. There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. 7.
