92,E RESOLUTION NO. 98-021 WHEREAS, the Annual Civil Service Workshop is scheduled for March 5 and 6, 1998, which conflicts with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Thursday, March 5, 1998; and, WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate that the regular Thursday meeting of the City Council scheduled for March 5, 1998, be consolidated with the regular Monday meeting of the City Council scheduled for March 9, 1998; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the regular Thursday meeting of the City Council scheduled for March 5, 1998, be, and the same is hereby, rescheduled for Monday, March 9, 1998, at 6:00 o'clock p.m.; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be placed on the City Hall Bulletin Board giving notice of the rescheduling of the regular Thursday March Council meeting, and that the news media be informed of the rescheduled date in the same manner they are informed of emergency City Council meetings. Haynes, Q6 Attorney Resolution No. 98 -022, approving the form of the contract with the Texas Municipal League Group Benefit Risk Pool, and authorizing and directing the Mayor, Eric S. Clifford to execute on behalf of the City of Paris, the contract with the Texas Municipal League Group Benefits Risk Pool for (1) Term Life Insurance, (2) Stop Loss Insurance for it's otherwise self - funding Medical/Dental[Vision Program, (3) Third -Party Administrative Services for the above coverage, and (4) Maintenance Drug Program for a term of one (1) year, effective May 1, 1997 was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Fulbright, seconded by Councilman Boyd for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 4 ayes, 0 nays.
